Aninver informs users of the existence of various treatments and databases in which the communicated personal data is collected and stored.

When the user sends an email to Inforcapital or communicates personal data through any of its Websites or other means, such as a contact form, the purpose of the collection and treatment of said data by Inforcapital is the resolution of the queries and requests for information that arise about its services.

In the event that for the fulfillment of the above purposes it is necessary to carry out an international transfer of the user's data, the same will be carried out applying the guarantees established by the regulations, subscribing, in those cases in which the destination country does not enjoy a recognized adequate level of protection, the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
